In this pair of texts, we set out to get down to the roots of the hemp industry and explore it from multiple perspectives: political and economic, and ecological and agricultural. In the former, the text analyses the state of the politics surrounding hemp and the potential economic benefits for the state. In the former, the text explores the potential ecological and agricultural repercussions of hemp farming on a massive scale and how that could contribute to the sustainability of the state and the world.
